🚚 Shipping and costs (most asked)

Why isn’t shipping free?

Because we prefer honest, transparent pricing: we don’t inflate the product price to “gift” shipping.

You pay product + real shipping, with no extra markups.

How are shipping costs calculated?

The cost depends on the weight and volume of your order, and it may change if it moves to a different bracket.

  • Actual weight: what it physically weighs.
  • Volumetric weight: how much space the parcel takes up (sometimes it “weighs” more by volume than by kilos).
  • Fragility: some products require extra protection.

You’ll see the exact amount before paying at checkout.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes. We currently sell and ship to more than 15 countries in Europe.

You can select your country from the flag icon at the top of the website. Each country has its own domain and tailored conditions.

Once you’ve selected your country, you’ll see the available products, prices and shipping conditions for your area.

Because we work with real opportunities: clearances, returns, open-box items, refurbished products, short expiry and more.

We only list what we can source clearly below the usual market price.

What product conditions can I find?

On each product page you’ll see the condition clearly stated. The most common are:

  • New (clearance / overstock): new and discounted.
  • Refurbished: checked and ready to keep working, with warranty.
  • Open box: like new, with opened or marked packaging.
  • Cosmetic flaw: works perfectly, with the visible defect stated.
  • Damaged packaging: product perfect, box damaged.
  • Short expiry: date stated, big discount and no surprises.
Do cosmetic defects affect performance?

No. Cosmetic flaws are visual only. The product works correctly and the condition is communicated transparently.

What does “short expiry” mean?

It means the product has a near expiry date or best-before date, which is why it’s offered with a higher discount.

The key is transparency: the date is always shown so you can buy with clear information.

Where can I see the exact date?

The date is shown on the product page when applicable (especially for food or consumables).

That way you can decide if it works for you based on price, quantity and use.

Is it safe to buy products with a “short expiry” date?

Yes, as long as you follow the product information. It’s not a “mystery”: it’s smart shopping with a visible date and a matching discount.

🛡️ Warranty and returns

What warranty do I get?

The warranty depends on the condition and category, but we work with real warranties that usually range from 12 to 36 months.

The exact warranty is always stated on the product page.

How long do I have to return or cancel?

You have 14 days from delivery to cancel and return the order, according to the conditions.

If the return is for personal reasons (not what you expected, etc.), return shipping costs may be paid by the customer.

What should I do if the product arrives with an issue?

If your order arrives with any issue, you can open a case easily from your customer account.

Go to your order and follow the support process so our team can review the case and help you as soon as possible.

If you need to, you can also email us at infoweb@outlet-pc.es stating your order number and the issue detected.

What payment methods can I use?
  • Card (Visa / Mastercard) with 3D Secure verification.
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay (tokenisation + biometric authentication).

Your card details are not stored on our website.

Is it safe to pay online?

Yes. Payments are processed with encrypted systems and reinforced verification to reduce fraud.

Is Outlet PC a marketplace?

No. At Outlet PC we work with a own-stock model: we buy opportunities, store them, prepare them and ship from our facilities.

Where do the products come from?

From real opportunities: clearances, overstock, commercial returns, open-box items, refurbished products, damaged packaging and, in certain categories, short expiry.

The condition is always stated clearly on each product page.

How do I know my order is well managed?

Because everything goes through our facilities: receiving, storage and order preparation. That direct control lets us offer clear information, tight timelines and a reliable shopping experience.
