These devices come from Asus’ official refurbished product program. Devices may end up in this program for different reasons:

• Products with damaged packaging.
• Unsealed products returned for different reasons such as cancellation of purchase within the first 15 days.
• Excess stock or discontinued products.

The product will arrive in like-new condition, unused or with only a few hours of use, with all original essential accessories required for use and ready to be used. Non-essential accessories cannot be guaranteed even if they are stated as included in the technical specifications. The packaging is a generic ASUS packaging from their official refurbished program, which they use for all devices in this program. The packaging will arrive unsealed, since our technicians have performed a second inspection to check correct operation and, in case it has any cosmetic defect, to report it. If no defect is reported, the product will be like new.

The warranty for this product is 1 year: the first 6 months directly with the manufacturer, and the following months we provide the warranty and cover the repair cost.
