These devices come from Asus’ official refurbished product program. Devices may end up in this program for different reasons:

• Products with damaged packaging.
• Unsealed products returned for different reasons, such as cancellation of purchase within the first 15 days.
• Excess stock or discontinued products.

The product will arrive in like-new condition, unused or with only a few hours of use, with all original accessories and ready to be used. The packaging is a generic ASUS packaging from their official refurbished program, which they use for all devices in this program. The packaging will arrive unsealed, since our technicians have performed a second inspection to check correct operation and, in case it has any cosmetic defect, to report it. If no defect is reported, the product will be like new.

The warranty for this product is like that of a new product: 36 months directly with the manufacturer.
