The production of nougat has spread throughout the Mediterranean basin. Initially, the production of this sweet was done in an artisanal and family environment, through small productions. It was in this way that Bautista Sirvent founded his first artisanal workshop in 1725 dedicated to the production of nougat. Since its foundation in 1725, starting from that small workshop, the values of quality, craftsmanship, and family tradition have been passed down to this day. Our brands El Lobo, Doña Jimena, and 1880 have a significant tradition in the business field, with 1880 being the most emblematic brand belonging to the nougat and quality sweets sector. In this way, its consumption was attributed to a type of gourmet customer, interested in gastronomic culture and with a taste for a quality product. For this reason, we have incorporated cutting-edge technology, as well as a protocol focused on traceability processes, which allow us to achieve the highest standards of quality and food safety. All these processes ensure that our nougats and sweets reach their homes with the expected flavor and quality.
